All sawblades will be checked 100% before the sharpening, to specify the sharpening process.
Standard sharpening layer is 0,1 mm, if the teeth are very worn, up to 0,2 mm. Damages will be grinded out. It means longer sharpening time and thicker removed layer.
If the sawblade´s body is twisted or deformed, sharpening is not possible.
